Hi Stephen,

i would suggest to change the Password db to some other things;
depends on what youre using (Active Directory, LDAP, NIS, PAM, etc)

In that case the users would have one password only and can change
it on windows/linux like they (should) do every time :)

if you want to stay with the mysql db you should use the squirrel thing
Mikko has written about; was the only one really working for me here.

But my users are verry happy now with the new solution ;)
(we are using saslauthd with kerberos support against Active Directory)

greets
Angelo

Hi people,

Is there a tool that created users in web-cyradm can use to change their passwords (those provided by the system administrator)?

Am asking this because it may be difficult unfriendly for system administrators to assist users change their passwords.

I thought this would have been possible using SquirrelMail, but haven’t seen .

Regards,

Stephen
