it appears for the past couple of days mail.openjdk.org is having server issues. In
nearly all cases the server responds with an HTTP 5xx error. At the moment that seems to
be "504 Gateway Time-out", yesterday it was HTTP 500, if I recall correctly.
This only appears to affect some sites of mail.openjdk.org. For example
https://mail.openjdk.org/mailman/listinfo is affected, but the mail archives
such as https://mail.openjdk.org/pipermail/web-discuss/ don't seem to be
affected.

We had capacity issues on mail.openjdk.org over the past weekend. I had
to shut down the web server side of the service to reduce filesystem
load and allow email processing to drain message queues and catch up.
The URLs you listed above are working OK at this time.
