Hi, Im Franco Iacomella, member of the GNU Spanish Traslation Team. Recently I have finished the translation of the article "Towards a New Strategy of OS Design". I ask you to upload and uploadthe spanish section with the traslated document. Also, I want to know who is in charge of the Hurd Spanish traslation site because no one in the GNU Spanish Traslation Team knows it.
