Is there a clean way to disable the bootstrap functionality in web2py, either in layout.html or in one of the various bootstrap*.css files? Removing the bootstrap-related CSS files is not reasonable, as it also removes some necessary styles. Even being able to change the width at which bootstrap is initiated would be helpful.
