I had to take out the functions inside the Z function, and put them outside but still within the profile.py controller, each functions with their own html view that extends the majority of the Z html file ... I passed 2 values as args, as you suggested and it works beautifully ! ... Richard .. thank you for your input, what you said was already done for the purpose you pointed out ! but it was not the problem at hand ! you probably did not really understand my problem here, it was not related to what should be visible or not to a user but it was mainly about how can the data of a function be viewed while inside the view of another function of the same controller without using load on the page and without refreshing the whole page either ! thank you guys ! --
