[web2py] next try: cannot import module 'ldap'

Now I am trying LDAP:

I run web2py 2.3.2 from source on a windows machine.
Trying ldap:

from gluon.contrib.login_methods.ldap_auth import ldap_auth

I get:

<type 'exceptions.ImportError'> Cannot import module 'ldap'

I think something is missing...
