Affected: 1.61.4 Issue: 1. If I update from a previous version to 1.61.4 (SVN) an error is returned at default/index page. It is solved if I download a fresh new copy from the SVN, but previous project must be reinstalled.
2. If I wnt to create a new language file It return an error: file can not be created.
