routes_out = (
    ('/$app/$anything', '/$anything'),
    ('/test/$anything', '/$anything'),
)

App_name "test"

controller "hello":

@auth.requires(lambda: auth.has_membership(role='admin'))
def function "world":
    return dict()

in hello/world.html:
    {{=URL('test','hello','world')}}

which renders like '/hello/world',
but when i get "world" function without role 'admin', i'm redirrecting to
url /default/user/login?_next=/*test*/hello/world

seem's like a bug
