hi,

just an idea about new application wizard feature, that i think it's nice
to have the feature like cakephp or yii, that can generate the scaffolding
application base on database defined by user.
for example, please imagine someone new to web2py that have a background
from another web application framework and want to learn web2py. i think
it's nice if they can have easily build their existing apps that come from
their background before (php, ruby, java, asp, etc) base on the database
that they define in the application wizard.
let's talk about the step i think it's nice to have :
1. after define database uri, web2py should check the connection if the
database is exist or not
2. if not exist just follow the step like now.
3. if exist then can skip the models generate goes to controller selection
(sqlform, crud or grid)
4. after that generate the view and menu base on controller user chosed.

thanks and best regards,
stifan
