I've been trying to find a way to use *ancestor queries
<https://developers.google.com/appengine/docs/python/ndb/queries#ancestor>*using
 web2py's db without luck.

I guess the use of ancestors is currently not implemented, is that correct?
Are there any patches?

Something like this:

# ndb

db.define_table('parent',Field('name'))
db.define_table('child',Field('name2'))

id = db.parent.insert(name='testing')
db.child.insert(name2='testing2', *_parent*=id) # id._gaekey

# query
db(db.child.*_ancestor*==id).select() # id._gaekey

Thanks.
