On Windows Server 2008R2 I have web2py git cloned. 
at the moment 
python web2py.py

does not start.

This happens with trunk and if I checkout the latest tagged release, but I 
suppose it has more to do with pydal
git submodule status tells me .... /dal (v15.07)
