I am running windows 7 on my home pc and ubuntu 14.04 on my server. On my server I get unknown ticket as an error. on my home pc I updated web2py and I get the database locked error. I don't know what bitlocker is so I guess I don't have it. I uploaded everything with filezilla. Sry that I don't have more informations but I just have no clue how to get more if I get an unknown ticket.
