This has nothing to do with appadmin -- the bug is with the wiki only. If you are (a) logged into the app, (b) also logged into admin, and (c) the "wiki_editor" group does not yet exist, then the wiki creates the "wiki_editor" role and assigns you to it. The problem is that a bug in the wiki code prevents this from working.
