Scattering is a problem. I like the idea of using the wiki for this purpose, 
since it's easy for anyone with an update to just do it.

Just a wiki page for 2ed errata, and another for post-2ed updates, cross-linked 
with "see also" or the like.

(It wouldn't hurt to have less verbose titles....)
