I still can't see that you have answered the question 'Which web
server or hosting mechanism are you using?'

We cannot help you unless you tell us that.

So, tell us are you using mod_wsgi, mod_python, CGI, fastcgi, scgi,
ajp, CherryPy WSGI server included with web2py or something else?

If you are using fastcgi, scgi, ajp with flup or CherryPy WSGI server
included with web2py also possibly need to know how you are starting
web2py instance so know where you may be redirect stdout/stderr.
