As you created it, it is in contrib, it doesn't depend on web2py and maybe useful to other people, I think we should create another project to maintain markmin. Other ideia is to integrate the template system with markmin. For example: create a applications/myapp/views/default/somepage.markmin if somepage.html does not exist, web2py should use markmin to generate HTML instead. We have tests!
