it contains mostly bug fixes. Most of the fixes are obscure except to important ones: 1) Scott fixed memcache that broke a few versions ago 2) Mike and Tim found and fixed a process starvation issue with the built-in web server. This caused occasionally slow response time on high traffic. The fix is temporary but seems to be effective.
