Also, here are some features/changes introduced in the last three
months that I don't think are documented in the book (there may be
more):

- app level logging
- polymodel on GAE
- web2py_ajax handles prepend, append, hide, pre-validation of decimal
fields
- dbsessions2trash.py
- pyfpdf
- markmin2latex, markmin2pdf
- Storage getfirst, getlast, getall
- db(db.table), db(db.table.id) equivalent to db(db.table.id>0)
- on_failed_authorization can be a function
- gluon/contrib/login_methods/cas_auth.py for integration between CAS
and Auth
- scripts/autoroutes.py
- admin wizard
- mercurial admin now allows list of files, versions, and retrieve
- new error report system
- SQLFORM.accepts(detect_record_change).record_changed
- MENU supports None links
- web2py.py -J for running cron
- service.jsonrpc supports service.JsonRpcException
