Yes, a blog for GAE could be a killer app - a free blogging platform, particularly attractive to people in China who are blocked from using Wordpress.com. Our killer blog app would be based on InstantPress, of course, but its admin interface would have to work like Wordpress, just as OpenOffice has to work like Microsoft Office. Whatever people are used to becomes the standard, and departing from that hurts usability.
