The following paragraph at the end of section http://web2py.com/book/default/chapter/06#orderby,-groupby,-limitby,-distinct has been removed since it no longer applies:
Currently, "limitby" is only partially supported on MSSQL since the Microsoft database does not provide a mechanism to fetch a subset of records not starting at 0.
