I've tried to use it to avoid registering automatically users in the database after a login using ldap, but the result is almost the opposite. If auth.settings.alternate_requires_registration=True, then only database users are allowed, and the alternate_login_methods are ignored. Is it a bug or am I missing some other utility for this variable?
