Massimo,

I have solved muy problem. My problem was that I had migrate=False in
the table 'menu' on db.py and I was using an older version of the
database where such table did not exist.

Sorry for the inconveniencie. When I have tried to visit
http://..../init/default/menu is when I noticed myself.
