I did it this way because ajax=True was pretty slow and seams to conflict
with jQuery UI Tabs plugin ajax call...

Really not a master of javascript, so I can determine if it is component, my
usage of components, LOAD call, etc.

I will try ajax=True and report back tomorrow...
