[web2py] web2py.com/poweredby / Quality Systems

Hello,

I was just having a look at web2py.com/poweredby and in particular Quality 
Systems Tool:
http://www.qualitysystems.com

It seems to me this tool is made with Plone instead of web2py .... did I 
miss something ?
