Ah, I see. In other words, the fluxflex install (including my app files) are stored somewhere on the fluxflex server below my root folder? Is there a way to deploy through git (I have a github account) starting on my local machine, so that the files *will* be in my git repo? Otherwise it's impossible to use git for versioning, forking, etc. of my app code.
