Happily using Komodo Edit 6. If web2py is in the pythonpath, you get autocomplete for it as well as the rest of python. I find it handier than using any of the dedicated python ide's because you also must work on html views and css files. It has autocomplete, syntax checking, and brace matching for all 3 languages (and many more). It has built-in sftp support so editing web2py files on my site is almost local. I haven't figured out projects yet. I haven't seen the need for Komodo IDE, which must do a lot of additional magic for its price ($299 I think ??).
