No, that's the old logo, which was replaced over a year ago -- don't use that one. The logos are at the bottom of the downloads page: http://www.web2py.com/examples/default/download. You might also consider using the web2py.com favicon, which you can find in the /static folder of the "examples" app that comes with web2py (see https://github.com/web2py/web2py/blob/master/applications/examples/static/favicon.ico).
