[web2py] trying to use movu

Dear ALL , 

I am Trying TO use movu from http://movu.ca and i installed PyCrypto and 
PIL and web2py  , and did this - http://localhost:8000/demo/setup/install :

but i keep getting 
invalid function (setup/install)

Why is that ??
