In the case of Google neither of those is at any particular advantage over 
the other, except the shorter one would be stronger for the search term 
'Video'.  
So long as it includes the target search-term for that page, the simpler 
the URL the better and the shorter the better.

e.g. in both cases, get rid of the final '1' (or replace it with a relevant 
target keyword) , unless you think it's very likely that someone will 
actually include '1' in their Google search.  Otherwise it is just diluting 
your URL.

Make sure the page meta title tag at least approximately matches the target 
key words used in the URL (and of course, in the content of the page).

If possible, use a .com, .net or .org domain name that contains your main 
target keywords.
