Ok, thanks. Practially, there will be three branches: zh-tw/, zh-hk/, and zh/.
zh-sg and zh-ma should map to zh.

And indeed there's real need here. Gov'ts on both side of strait tap
wire extensively, unauthorized use of cd-burner had just been outlawed
here right after the mp3 persecution & campus raiding event, and Falungong
activism is rampant. All of these events makes FreeNet+GPG a neccesity.
