So, I updated the lang/en/content/index.inc and
lang/en/content/stable.inc files today to do the 0.3.9.1 release. Is
there something I should do in the future to ensure that all the
translations come together at the same time? Like, say, checking in
the pages 24-48 hours before the actual release?
