I think the best thing to is simply notify the web list of any important
changes you made. Those undertaking translations should attend to them as
soon as possible given notice. I think Ian made mention of this in an
earlier post. I'm not sure if it was on dev or not. Nevertheless, I think a
'heads-up' to the web list will suffice.
I did have a system working that notified users when a translated page was
out of sync with the normative english page, but that doesn't seem to work
with the site being written from CVS to the web server.
