Great! Firstly you will need to get your hands on a version of "cvs"
and "ssh" for your platform, you can find out more about this here:

Look at the sections on CVS and SSH.
Secondly, you need to go to http://sourceforge.net/ and get a username.
Email it to me, and I will give you access to our website.
You should then checkout the current "www" directory and examine how
other languages are handled, we already have a number of translations,
and people here will be more than happy to answer any questions.
