[Web] Translation to German

Hi,

I would like to translate the www.freenetproject.org website to German.

I have read http://freenetproject.org/index.php?page=translation-howto and now
I'm introducing myself.

I'm 16 years old (If this is a problem, please message me). I am going to ask at
the German Mailinglist freenet-anfaenger whether I can find other volunteers to
translate the website to German.

I have still two questions:

1. Which Editor did you use to translate the .inc files in Content?

and

2. Must I write the German "Umlaute" �,�,�,� in the &auml-Style?
