Good understanding of software development methodology, excellent communication, negotiation and people management skills is required. The candidate should have proven track record in planning and managing enterprise application implementation or e-commerce projects for clients. Experience in developing applications for mobile, wireless devices and an IT or management consulting experience is an added advantage. He/She should have at least 5 years experience in client/server applications implementation and web development and minimum 2 years experience in leading small to medium sized teams in a project management capacity. Experience in management positions is an advantage. Senior e-Business Enabler (SBE) and e-Business Enabler (BE) The candidate should hold an S1 degree, preferably in Computer Science. Strong knowledge in Visual Basic, and/or Java Programming, and/or Visual C++ related to network programming and SQL statements. For SBE, 4 years experience in IT field and minimum 2 years experience in programming For BE, 3 years experience in IT field and minimum 1.5 years experience in programming. Associate e-Business Enabler (ABE) D3 or S1 graduate from a well-known university, preferably Computer Science, with minimum GPA 3.2, and 2 years of experiences is an advantage, especially as an ASP Programmer. He/She will be responsible for creating, enhancing and maintaining database-driven web applications using ASP, Java, Visual Basic, Visual C++ and SQL. He/she will also work with business, creative and other technical team members to estimate project requirements and to meet delivery dates. Fresh graduates with IT interest are welcome. All candidates must have the following qualifications: Be able to communicate in English, both spoken and written, ability to react fast pace environment which is at the cutting age technology. He must be self-motivated and have strong analytical skills.
