Hi Navarro,

Actually, this is the first I've heard of it.

Looks nice. Do you have such a cam?
Is it a 3000, VX-6000, or NX-6000?

First off, what are the USB Vendor & Product IDs?
(look in the USB pane of the System Profiler with
the camera connected).

Second, does it use USB Video Class? Can you
get a USB Prober log, with full details of all interfaces
and alternate interfaces?

Thirdly, what bridge chip is in there? Can you open it up to look?

If you send me a camera, I cannot promise a working driver,
chances are probably 50/50; it depends on the answers to
the questions above.

Any information is helpful,
Thanks

Hi there!

I know you hate getting email if "Cam X" will work.

As you know, Microsoft introduced a line of high-end "Life Cam" webcams that feature megapixel sensors and other Windows-specific features like Face Tracking and Digital Zoom.

If I donated such a cam, would you be able to write a driver for it?  I would think Microsoft's popularity would translate into a higher user base than the average webcam.
