I just got a cheap (20 EUR) VGA camera, that looks like a sort of mini-iSight.
It works with macam, but needs a LOT of light. Two desk lamps pointed directly at my face, ant it's fine. It's not that bad with the PC driver, and the picture is very good, apart from the light issue.
