I have the same camera. Only under 10.4, slightly different driver. Did you restart your computer? I had to restart my system.
It works in Skype. I have not gotten it to work under iChat. The image is overbright. As soon as there is light in the room, my face is washed out. If I try to point it to a window (as I've done with PC in the past) everything is washed out, absolute blank. So, I just sent an email to comsis about these issues; and am researching the internet a bit about this. If you like, you may contact me directly.
