Hi,
I used to be able to get video with Skype with my
Logitech quickcam pro 5000. Now, it doesn't work at
all, though the little light on the front of the
camera comes on, Skype video is "enabled," and the
microphone function of the webcam works fine.
Today, my iMac G5 exerienced a "kernel panic" while
attempting to use the Logitech quickcam pro 5000
camera with Macam.
Any suggestions?
Incidentally, my hard drive on the iMac quit recently
and I had a new one installed, so I re-installed all
the software, too. Using OS X 10.4, as before.
The Logitech quickcam pro 5000 works just fine on my
Dell PC.
What Logitech camera works for sure with my iMac, and
since I also have an older iBook, which camera works
with that?
