For internet explorer to show the empty weekheader tablecell in next 4 days
view, an nbsp ( ) entity must be inserted in the cell.
<th class="first" wicket:id="weekHeadingHeadContainer"> </th>
Without this the left black border around the calendar in next 4 days view
is not shown in internet explorer.
