Issue 66: a repeating event without other repeat values causes error

In FF: Add an event, make it a repeating event (daily) but do not any of
the other repeating values (interval, count, untill) and click add. An
errorscreen is shown. Creating a repeating event without any repeating
values is not possible. Should be; lunch everyday with no interval, count
or untill value should just be added every day.
In IE: No error screen is shown but the event is just not added.
