slowMicrobenchmarks/fake-iterators-that-throw-when-finished

Unreviewed gardening.
Test hangs on armv7 linux on a box with many cores (like the EWS runners),
probably due to lock contention in the HeapHelper threads; skip for now while
working on a proper fix to make EWS smoother.
