Adding SHA* implementations using Cryptokit

Reviewed by Alex Christensen.
This change re-applies commit ef70f213359b07547c05197ab38d0c70e282a35c which
was reverted in
1e8a84a984dbee489a37d35c6167588c84f00475.
This change also fixes the issue(that led to revert) in the RunScriptPhase of
WebCore target so that it
can find the PALSwift.h header for use.
