Unreviewed PlayStation build fix.
* Source/WebCore/style/UserAgentStyle.cpp:
(WebCore::Style::UserAgentStyle::ensureDefaultStyleSheetsForElement):
Apparently passing a StringImpl to makeString doesn't work, so restore the
explicit String construction.
