[Flex] Rename layoutFlexItems to performFlexLayout

We currently have layoutFlexItems and
layoutAndPlaceFlexItems. Let's rename layoutFlexItems
to performFlexLayout as it encapsulates all of the
flex layout logic.

(WebCore::RenderFlexibleBox::layoutBlock):
(WebCore::RenderFlexibleBox::performFlexLayout):
(WebCore::RenderFlexibleBox::layoutFlexItems): Deleted.
* Source/WebCore/rendering/RenderFlexibleBox.h:
