[Pointer Events] `pointerevent_click_is_a_pointerevent.html` needs to be
updated to account for scrollbars

WebKitTestRunner forces scrollbars to always be enabled. Due to this, because
the `iframe` is very small,
this results in the `width` of the frame's `getBoundingClientRect()` being `0`,
making the test malformed.
Note the test still fails for several other reasons, which will be addressed in
subsequent fixes.
