[CSS Shape function] Support blending

Reviewed by Antti Koivisto.
Implement the `blend()` function for `BasicShapeShape`, following the rules in
[1] but without
the interpolation with the `path()` function [2].
This required making all the shape segment types copy-constructable and
assignable
