After 282269@main we pass more xywh() tests:

imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/css/css-masking/clip-path/clip-path-xywh-002.html
imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/css/css-masking/clip-path/clip-path-xywh-003.html
Add a little more pixel tolerance to
imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/css/css-masking/clip-path/clip-path-xywh-003.html.
Re-order the clip-path-inline* test failures since they all have the same root
cause.
