iBooks need a sandbox extension to MobileAsset

Reviewed by Ben Nham.
In https://commits.webkit.org/285271@main, we enabled the setting to remove the
MobileAsset sandbox extension.
For iBooks we still need this sandbox extension. This exception for iBooks will
be removed once the app
supports it.
