Re-Enable MediaSourcePrefersDecompressionSession on visionOS

This is not enabling a new feature, rather code designed to fix existing bugs.
This default was recently switched to `false` temporarily to work around a bug,
but that is no longer the case: https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=289372.

Re-enable the default value to true on visionOS
